Children Welcomed with Guidance: At Gentle Wellness Center, we welcome children to accompany their parents during their visit. To maintain a serene and supportive environment for all our clients, we kindly request that all children remain seated and quietly engaged in a supervised activity during their stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Reservation, Late, and No-Show Policies:
Reservation Hold Policy: To secure your appointment at Gentle Wellness Center, we require a $49 hold on your credit card. Rest assured, this amount will not be charged to your account unless there is a no-show or a cancellation with less than 24-hour notice. Missed, late cancellation, or no show for a wellness appointment is $100, and aesthetic appointments are $50. This policy allows us to maintain a smooth scheduling process, offering available slots to other clients in need of our services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
