All membership contracts are billed monthly, non-transferable, and non-refundable. All memberships are subject to a 6-month contract. If contract is cancelled early, the balance of the full retail cost for any redeemed services and products will be billed to the patient. Discounts will be provided on regular price of services and retail products only and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, other than Alle Loyalty Program and Aspire Galderma Rewards. Monthly dues must be current to earn listed benefits, and monthly treatments cannot be banked or accrued unless previously arranged with the practice.
